Farley Elementary School District, Huntsville, AL Homes/New Developments

With school getting ready to start (August 9th), I thought it would be helpful for those still looking to purchase a home if I would write about homes and subdivisions in different school districts in and around Huntsville, AL.

Today I am writing about the Farley Elementary School district. I would recommend scheduling a tour of the school with the Principal, Dr. Donna White so you can see first had at all the school has to offer. Tell her that I sent you. Because these neighborhoods are growing by leaps and bounds, I wanted to tell you what the different subdivisions are and provide links for more information.

Autumn Ridge, Quail Ridge, Fleer Estates and Sandhurst are all established subdivisions. They have homes from 1000 sq.ft. up to 2600 sq.ft. Sandhurst is the original development, then Autumn Ridge/Quail Ridge and Fleer Estates. There are some wonderful designs with some very large yards (and lots of kids).  Ashtynn Manor, Bell Grove Manor, Grand Lake and Renaissance are all new(er) subdivisions and have available home sites to build on. Some of the Builders in these communities are:

Adams Homes, Breland Home Builders, Millennium Homes Huntsville, AL, New Castle Homes, Jeff Benton Homes, Pearson Homes. I have personal knowledge of all of these home builders and communities, have previewed and sold in many. Please click on the links to view the new developements. These homes can be 1,200 sq.ft. up to over 4,000 sq.ft. 

July's Stats for Farley School District: Presently 54 homes on the market; 27 homes in contingent/pending status; 7 homes sold; 3 withdrawn and 2 expired.
